This delicate cotton blue dress is both smocked at the front and the back. Within the smock panel is coordinating blue hand embroidered bunnies throughout, with small camel roses in between the bunnies. This dress dons a classic look with a stylish crisp white peter pan collar and  coordinating white cuff edges on the short sleeves. 

This dress is fully lined and fitted with a tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always get the desired fit.
